I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had blackout curtains, which was great for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the service lacked hospitality and friendliness, especially towards guests who didn't match their ethnic background.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the touristy boardwalk, in a good area close to the waterfront and within easy reach of all the restaurants. While the rooms were comfortable with blackout curtains, the service provided was lacking in hospitality, particularly towards guests not resembling their ethnic background. The dining experience was included but disappointing with only oatmeal available. On the positive side, the facilities were decent.
